Bunny Butter Cake ❤ by Song Sweet Song
Welcome to my Blog everyone ^^
Since February of this year, I started sharing my photo of sweets that I made on Instagram ( @songsweetsong ) which I was suggested by my cousin~, There's a lot of Likes , Comments and followers. Thank you so much for all along supports , I'm soooooo happy☺❤
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
2.Sift Cake Flour, BP, Salt together 3 times
3.Beat Butter and sugar about 5 mins with hand mixer in medium speed
4.Then add eggs (1 at the time) beat 1 minute for each egg then add vanilla to the mixture and beat again
5.Add 1/4 of (2.) stir to the combine then add 1/3 of milk , stir and repeat with remain (2.) and milk until the mixture completely smooth, add soft gel paste food color (I selected pink^^) and gently mix.
6.Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan (10 x 10 x 7 cm) Smooth over by using a spatula.
7.Bake for 35 minutes.
8.Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn onto a wire rack to cool completely before start doing next step...
Bunny and Outside Part - Directions
1.Slide cake into 1.5 cm thick piece ( thickness and size of cake (pic.1) depends on size of cookie cutter you use ❤ )
2.Gently cut your cake by cookie cutter with all of sliced cake
3.line them up in prepared baking pan (same size-10 x 10 x 7 cm)
4.For Part2 mixture, they're all the same as Part1 mixture......so do it all once again ❤

Bunny Butter cake ❤
Butter cake Recipe that I use :
For Pink Butter Cake (part 1)
Ingredients
120 g Cake flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
100 g Unsalted Butter
100 g Granulated Sugar
2 Medium-size Eggs

......Spoon Part2 mixture into the baking pan over Part1(3.) and bake for 35 mins
