Deco Steamed Cupcake Recipe by Song Sweet Song

Let's Start making Deco Steamed Cupcake







Ingredients 




1.Pancake mix 100 g

2.milk 60 cc

3.sugar 30 g

4. 1 egg

5.melted unsalted butter 15 g

6. all-purpose flour (for decoration part)

7.food coloring



Instructions

1. Whisk egg , sugar and milk in a bowl 

2. add pancake mix into the egg mixture and mix until smooth

3.pour the melted butter into flour mixture and mix until combined

4. For Decoration part : Scoop 3 Tsp of Mixture 3. into 1 Tsp. of all-purpose flour , mix well , add food coloring then add to piping bag

5.Fill Mixture 3. about ¾ of baking cup height and draw the patterns on top with mixture 4.

6.Steam for 8-10 minutes

Tips cover the pot lid with Kitchen Roll Towels to prevent water condensation dripping onto the cakes

7. Ears part : Pipe triangle shape on baking sheet and steam for 3-4 minutes

8.Put ears part on Cupcake and DONE!

วันนี้จิมาสอนทำปังปิ้งให้เป็นลายค่า

1.เตรียมรูปภาพที่จะใช้+กรรไกร+แผ่นอลูมิเนียมฟอยด์ และ ขนมปังแผ่น

2.ตัดรูปภาพ ไปทาบบนแผ่นอลูมิเนียมฟอยด์แล้วตัดตาม

3.นำแผ่นอลูมิเนียมฟอยด์ที่ตัดเรียบร้อยแล้ว ไปวางทาบบนขนมปัง เตรียมนำไปอบ

4.อบด้วยความร้อนประมาณ180องศา ไม่ได้กะเวลาแน่นอน แต่อาศัยไปส่องหน้าเตาเป็นระยะ

5.นำออกมาแต่งหน้าด้วย ชอคโกแลต,เนยถั่ว หรือ ไอซิ่ง
เท่านี้ก็เรียบร้อยย

How to Make ‪#‎Kapibara‬ Toast

1.Prepare Aluminium foil sheet , Scissor , Kapibara picture and Bread

2.Cut Aluminium foil by Kapibara outline

3.Preheat the oven to 180 C

4.Bake until bread turn golden brown

5.Pipe the line with melted choco , peanut butter or royal icing .. Done!!

This morning I made Doughnut Pop with Mold that I bought from @daisothailand , only one minute in microwave , it's done ~~ very convinient💕💕 

เมื่อเช้าลองเล่นของเล่นใหม่จากไดโซะฮะ แม่พิมพ์ทำโดนัทโดยใช้ไมโครเวฟ นาทีเดียวเท่านั้นนน เลิฟเบย ข้างในซองจะมีสูตรแป้งมาให้ด้วย เป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น แต่เดาได้ไม่ยากคะ(เปิดดิกเอา555) ขอบคุณเม็ดน้ำตาลมุ้งมิ้งจาก @umpiga.nan นะค้าา ปัจจุบันนี้ยังใช้ไม่หมดสักสีเลย ❤️

This's the first time I use this kind of Toast Cutter for making something like this.

It's so easy to use and convenient for lazy morning. Also, the result was great !! I selected a teddy pattern and Tadaa!! I got a Teddy toast, she's really cute /// Do u think so? ^0^

Easy step by step ❤ How To make Deep fried Tempura Icing Cookies 

I use cornflakes for Tempura Coating.

Cook Notes : Place cornflakes in a large zip-lock bag, squeeze out all the air, and seal the bag. 

Then, Crunch the cornflakes with a rolling pin into small pieces

Rocking Hourse Cookie ❤ by Song Sweet Song

Thinking back to my childhood memories, I can see Rocking horse ✨ 

I use "Sugar Cookie Recipe" for all my 3D Cookie. ( For Sugar Recipe, next time^^ )

This's easy step by step 

How to make Rocking Horse Chair

Directions

1 - 2. Preheat oven at 180 degrees C. 

Prepare Sugar Cookies dough , roll it out to 0.5 cm. thick with rolling pin and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. After that, cut into Rocking horse shape and place on baking sheet.

3. We need only one with horse, and another 4 pieces only their base. Then, bake them for 8 minutes in preheated oven. Cool completely

4. Stick their base parts with Edible glue (or Royal Icing )

5. Decorate with your favorite sprinkles sugar, DONE ^^
